Do you need a coach to help you in your journey? No, I’m not a celebrity personal trainer who wants to help you get six pack abs and impress the ladies. I’m not the next one-hit-wonder self-help guru. And I’m not trying to sell you the next designer protein shake. I’m just a normal guy, who went from obese-to-athlete while juggling a demanding career and a young, busy family. So I think I know a thing or two about changing one’s lifestyle, eating better, finding time to work out, carving out time for the family, working hard and trying to pay the bills all while trying not to go insane.
