Successfully knocked off one of my BIG goals for the year yesterday – a Half Ironman… Offroad! I successfully completed the 1.2 Mile Open Water Swim, 56 Mile Mountain Bike, and 13.1 Mile Trail Run in 8:48!

I’ll be posting a full recap in a bit, but for now I’m recouping… Yesterday was no joke and my body is beat!
