What’s strength and cardio all rolled into one? It’s banging through a longish (1-2 hour) speed hike, on steep, hilly terrain, wearing a pack with a 50+ pound bag of concrete in it… A “Concrete Hike.”

It’ll work your core, stability, and balance like crazy! It’ll bust your lungs on the steeps, but is still a break from regular running. You’ll have sore shoulder, back, and neck muscles you didn’t even know you had. Throwing mental and physical curve balls at your body is one of the best ways to improve your fitness level – if you can kill this than a trail run is nothing!
